He has advised on more than $20B of M&A across 10+ transactions in senior Software M&A investment banking roles, providing founders with practical insight into how investors and public markets evaluate businesses. Beyond transactions, Beto served as a member of the management team within PE-backed companies, leading strategic and financial initiatives alongside founders and executives with a focus on rigorous execution and long-term value creation. Earlier, he managed $3B+ of AUM across alternative investments for an international institutional fund, shaping a strong perspective on capital stewardship and decision-making under uncertainty. This combination enables him to be a trusted thought partner on strategy, fundraising, scaling, and exit readiness. He holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, a degree in Economics from the University of Lima, and is a CFA and CAIA charterholder.
