But liquid restaking was just the beginning. Lucas is now building Renzo into the Yield Orchestration Layer Onchain (YOLO), infrastructure that activates idle capital across all of tokenized finance. The problem Renzo started solving with restaking, it turns out, exists everywhere: wallets, treasuries, payment flows, and reserves all sitting idle when they could be earning. YOLO orchestrates yield across restaking, RWAs, lending, and markets with policy, risk, and privacy built in. It’s the layer that turns static reserves into capital that works. Before Renzo, Lucas founded Moonwell (a leading lending protocol) and drove strategy for the Tezos Foundation. He brings a decade of building financial infrastructure, mixing crypto-native agility with institutional rigor from his background in management consulting and an MBA in Finance.
