ETH made the decision to become the most decentralized Turing complete L1. Forced inclusion and forced exit are very powerful (look at Sony chain this past week). instead of replicating ETH, lets use this information to build environments so performant that no alt-l1 can ever compete, because we outsourced consensus to ethereum.
