Banafsheh “B” Fathieh is the Co-Founder and General Partner at Faction, a $285M venture capital firm focused on early-stage blockchain opportunities. Prior to Faction, B was the Head of Investments, Americas at Prosus Ventures (fka Naspers Ventures), the venture arm of Prosus Group (AMS: PRX, market cap $120B+), one of the largest technology investment firms in the world. During her time at Prosus, B led early-stage technology and blockchain investments, deploying more than $250 million of capital across Series Seed to D (Immutable, Republic, and Polygon, among others). B has served in various operating, investing, board and advisory roles in her career and brings over a decade of experience around startups and venture capital.
