Location:

The Childcare Center will be at the National Western Complex on the 3rd floor. Be sure to grab a map of the venue at check-in for directions on how to get there.

What are the days and times for the childcare program?

From February 29th to March 3rd, the program runs from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

What is the cost of the childcare program?

ETHDenver is generously picking up the cost of care for your children so you can participate in all the activities and experiences with peace of mind.

Is food included?

While snacks and water will be readily available for your kiddos to enjoy, lunch will not be provided. We strongly encourage parents to either send their children with packed lunches or take advantage of lunch purchasing options available on site. Please note, any food containing nuts is strictly prohibited due to allergy concerns. We also recommend that your children have a full breakfast before being dropped off.

Private Services:

Although it is not covered by ETHDenver, Call Emmy is also able to send a caregiver directly to your home or hotel room. Book A Service OR download Call Emmy mobile app from the AppStore or Google Play.

Deadline:

You must register in advance to ensure we have scheduled enough caretakers to provide the best quality care for all children joining us.

Do you care for sick children at the event?

Unfortunately, we are unable to care for sick children at the event. However, many of our sitters are comfortable providing care for a child who isn't feeling well on a child-by-child basis.  You can book via our app for private care of a sick child.

How do you accommodate napping?

We will have cots, a quiet space, and dedicated sitters available for the children who need to nap.

Is there a dedicated space available for moms to nurse and/or pump?

Glad you asked. Absolutely. There is private space available in the childcare center for moms to nurse and/or pump.

What do I need to bring?

Anything unique to your child such as diapers, water bottles, and stuffed animals. If your child uses a pacifier, please remember to bring that.  We will have wipes, hand sanitizer, and changing stations available.

Would private childcare be an option?

Although it is not covered by ETHDenver, Call Emmy is also able to send a caregiver directly to your home or hotel room. Book A Service OR download Call Emmy mobile app from the AppStore or Google Play.
